Note: Left (L) and Right (R) marking are determined by looking at the car from the rear forward. Right (R) would be on the passenger side and Left (L) would be on the driver side.
Note: Delrin bushings are available separately.

Note: the caster block can be used left or right.
Note: the adjustment spacers goes between the caster block and the A-arm, and allows for wheel base adjustment. Stock position is to have the spacer ahead of the caster block. the spacer can also be put behind the caster block to stretch the wheelbase
Note: The shock bodies are designed to work with upper shock cap ST2267 (which will accomodate the upper seal O-ring)
Note: when building the lower shock cartridge it is best to use new O-rings, but use the black plastic spacer from the stock plastic grey shocks
Note: It is also recommended that Associated green slime to be used when building the shock cartridge (especially if you plan on up grading to Traxxas Ti-nitride shock shafts) Due to the ti-nitride treatment, the ti-nitride shock shaft will be slightly smaller in diameter which the green slime will help keep a good seal between the cartridge and the shock shaft

Note: The bottom mounting plate is not symmetrical (longitudinal wise) so be sure to have the correct side mounting over the transmission and over the chassis
note: blue lock-tite helps in securing screws to the metal parts

Note: Our latest version of the caster blocks will accepted the threaded type king-pin screws. Older XL-5 series owners will need to pick up the Traxxas threaded type king-pin screws to install our caster block. Our latest version will bolt right on to the Slash and VXL series vehicles
Note: The machined grip on the outside of the shock caps are to help provide better grip during assembly
Note: The deeper groove at the bottom inside of the shock caps are to accommodate the sealing o-rings from shock bodies ST3765 and ST3766.
Note: The neck of the upper shock cap mounts have been extended taller by 1.5mm to provide clearance around the shock tower mounting points

Note: Be careful when screwing on the red retaining ring. The rings are not pre-threaded and as you install them, you’ll be making the thread during the process.
