Note: The ST Racing Motor Plate for the Blitz features longer motor screw hole and motor hole.  This allows for taller gear ratio especially when using 17.5 and 13.5 motors

The motor in the stock motor plate is limited on gear ratio and size of pinion you can use.  Even when pushed all the way back, the motor still leaves a lot of room for taller gear ratio (larger pinion and faster speeds)

The ST Racing Concepts motor plate for the HPI Blitz will maximize the gear ratio adjustability and also keeps your motor running cooler.
